Recently featured in the Law Society Gazette our founder Dorothea Mary O’Reilly, née Browne, was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors on 17 November 1924.
She apprenticed under Jasper Travers Wolfe in Skibbereen, Co. Cork, and earned a Silver Medal in her final examination. After marrying fellow apprentice Patrick F. O’Reilly, they established PF O’Reilly & Co. Dorothea specialised in property law throughout her career.
